Hi I’m Naia and I’m so glad you found my page!
A little bit about me… I grew up in Maui, Hawai’i and Santa Barbara. I’ve been surrounded by mindfullness, yoga and spirituality for as long as I can remember and owe my mom a great deal for that.
In 2021, during the pandemic, A good friend told me there is no better time to start than now and inspired me to complete my YTT training even amidst all the uncertainty that season of life presented. I was struggling with both anxiety and depression at the time (as I know many can relate). Yoga helped relieve me of a lot of the stress I was experiencing. Most importantly, it brought me deeper within myself and showed me a peace I hadn’t experienced for a long time prior.
My goal is to help people access that peace within themselves. My intention is to create a supportive space where people can move, breathe, and reconnect with themselves through the practice of yoga. I use a mix of yoga and sound healing to help students build inner strength, ease stress, and feel more grounded in their daily lives.
