Hi, I’m Naia

A little about me: I grew up between Maui and Santa Barbara, Always surrounded by mindfulness, yoga, and a deep connection to nature. My mom introduced me to these practices at a young age, and they’ve shaped the way I move through the world.

In 2021, during the uncertainty of the pandemic, a close friend encouraged me to complete my yoga teacher training. At the time, I was navigating my mental health during such a difficult time for the world. Yoga became more than movement for me; it became a steady anchor. It helped relieve stress, build resilience, and reconnect me to a sense of peace I hadn’t felt in a long time.

Today, my goal is to help others access that same sense of steadiness within themselves. I create supportive, intentional spaces where people can move with awareness, breathe deeply, and reconnect to their bodies. Through a blend of mindful movement and sound healing, I guide students toward greater strength, clarity, and grounded presence in their daily lives.
